(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: -- At first there was an image of a suburban cottage style house around evergreens with overcast skies. The beacon person has a big heart and a female may be associated with this tasking. __ I feel the target site itself is located near a remote land, water, or beach area where large numbers of people visit or come to watch and see events in a warm sunny climate. Planes fly over this location. -- The target has the colors blue, white, and brown (wooden items may be around the site). The target is a dark structure or object on a blue background. In particular, there is a metal man-made object which is big, long, and narrow, but is white domed or has a rounded end (sketch a). Only a few people can be transported by this object at any one time. The object is active when moving in motion and has superior technology, can move at a fast rate and may have radar or sonar capabilities. only experienced personnel, usually military related, operate it and white streaks are left on blue water or skies in the aftermath of its motion (sketch b). (The color blue is above and below the target). A propeller moves around and on this object and a country banner may be related to the target. -- The object is near the water's surface or water's edge, is modular and costly to be active. A gentle rocking motion sometimes occurs and a noise can be heard while operating this technical craft. There is a large, open area. Light is passing through large glass walls or windows. There are numerous pointed or cone-shaped objects present. There is the sensation of spinning; a whirring sound; angled glass; whirling pieces of metal; a rippling effect; and the concept of sleek and smooth. -_ Another swirling movement is almost a cascading motion which repeats itself. There is a white, powdery substance reminiscent of a limestone or chalk deposit. There is the whirling noise of a propeller with dust flying. A series of V- shaped trenches are cut into the earth. -- There are numerous squares wrapped in reflecting foil; these are stacked vertically like books on a shelf. There is a large steel pipe which continuously rolls on it's side. 40 -- An individual has an interest in oil fields. They are planning an exchange of money. Sounds like rapid fire gun shots can be heard in the distance. -- There is the concept of long rounded objects (tubular), some of which are suspended from the ceiling. This place feels like a collection of "like" or "similarly" related objects. Other concepts include: mechanical; spinning: energy; segmented; angular shapes; exploration; space; and rockets (sketches c, d & e) . - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: -- Site consists of many objects. one object is circular with a ring around it and could be slightly moving. one object was very flat and slanted and had "grooves" in it. event. -- I felt that I was outside and people were attending an -_ sometimes it seemed dark at the site. Date: 12 May 1994 Time: 1000 - 1030 EST Subj: Environment: Sitting in my car on a bright sunny day looking through the windshield at target. Object: Orange and white water tank located at the US Army Airfield Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Comments: Sitting in my car looking through the windshield and beyond the fence at the target in the background. There is a 7 foot high chain link fence with strands of barbed wire along the top of the fence. Although, I could see buildings, parked cars and ocasional vehicle passed in front of my position I tried to focus my vision only on the tank. I tried to concentrate only on the water tank as though I were in a cell and could see only the fence outside and the water tank in the distance. Water tanks are normally silver in color however, water tanks near military airfields are orange and white. There are buildings in the area possible military aircraft hangers. I did not look to the right of my position to see the runway, but I could hear helicopters in the back ground as they took off and landed. SG1 I D. There is no suburban cottage in the general area nor is there a female associated with this tasking. Behind my car is a small military park where families come for a picnic. There is a small stream of water behind the park that runs East/West past the end of the runway. At the West end of the runway on the south side is a built-up area with shops and on the right side there is a marsh area with a small pond and a land fill. People in the park do watch the choppers and planes take-off and land at the airfield. The long, narrow metal man- made objects could be the hangers or maintenance buildings. Attachment A: The rounded white domed object could be the water tank. A military helicopter has radar and is operated by experienced personnel and usually carries only a few people. Attachment B: As you can see blue sky below and above the target in the picture. One can hear the noise of the helicopter as the blade moves around or the propeller noise of a plane. The banner may be the star on the sides of the planes and choppers that symbolizes the United States military. Attachment C: Unable to correlate. Drawing "C" could be the large hanger. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B: Source Bs description is very good. The milling around and tots of movement could be military aircrew/maintenance perosimel outside the hangers. There is a large open area, the runway and parking area for choppers and light planes. The doors on the hangers have large glass windows that lets sun light shine in. The whirring sound and the whirling noise could be the aircraft motors. The propeller of a plane or the blade of a helicopter will stir up dust debris as the craft nears the edge of the parking pad, The long rounded (tubular) objects are pipes that construction engineers are placing as drainage pipes. This could represent the blades of a helicopter or the orange and white Panels of the water tank. c. unable to definately correlate. maybe a footer for the water tank support beams. SG1 I d. unable to correlate. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: Source C's discription has no relationship with the target except there are small and large structures at the site. The tank is outside and there is water in the tank, also the little stream on the north side of the tank behind my car. Attachment E: The first drawing could be a wind sock located at the airfield. I can not explain the other drawings. unable to correlate.
