   E. INFORMATION:
   The beacon person drove to a rather isolated area. While the
   beacon was on the road, there was a rather large sign on the side
   of the road. This sign was black and white in color and it had a
   checkered or diamond design.
   The target was a large square structure that stood on a small
   hill. This large structure was somewhat isolated. There was a
   setting in the background that looked natural except that it had
   beautiful colors like navy blue and yellow. I could not sense
   people here or much activity. I don't think the beacon went inside
   the structure.
