(S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source A: -- The target is outside with uneven terrain and has the color bright green at the site. Water can be found in the vicinity. The site is busy and active. There are transportation vehicles/cars moving at a very fast rate on a roadway or through a thoroughfare and people are present (sketch 3a). A high, tall, and large lattice-work structure is to the right which has support beams and is near a rocky area (sketch 3b, c, & d). A bridge and tunnels may be found in the vicinity. An object shaped like a wheel consisting of industrial metal or steel and is turning around in motion (sketch 3e). Although the target site itself if transient, people may, live around the outlying area. (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B: -- The target occurs within a location that appears sunken below the surrounding terrain. The terrain downslopes towards the target, sometimes steeply, and these slopes have a heavy cover of low vegetation (sketch 3f). It is very damp within the vicinity of the target and feels "overcast" here. The target consists of an arched structure which is constructed of stone blocks (sketches 3g & h). This structure is perceived to be "historic"; that is, late colonial/pre-Civil War in origin. There has been some sort of movement associated with REPRODUCTION REQUIRES APPROVAL OF ORIGINATOR OR HIGHER DOD AUTHORITY FURTHER DISSEMINATION ONLY AS DIRECTED BY DIA/PAG OR HIGHER DOD AUTHORITY CLASSIFIED BY MULTIPLE SOURCES DECLASSIFY ON OADR I NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE EL Approved For Release 2000/08/08,1-~UrnK-TRDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 this structure in the past relating to transportation (sketch 3g). It does not feel as if a road passes under this arch, but rather a linear trough-like depression reminiscent of a ditch or canal that has become dysfunctional and is no longer used for its original purposed. It is perceived as if portions of the sides of this trough-like feature are also of stone blocks. There is the concept of "pumping action" associated with the target. There is also the concept of this location once being a "monitoring point" along a larger network. There are also chains present as well as a series of wavy, parallel lines. I sense that people can walk over the top of this structure as well as under it. The area below the archway is damp and "dirty" and feels difficult to walk through at times. -- There is a truncated structure spatially associated with the first structure. It has a walkway leading up to a doorway and the structure itself appears to "blend" into, or is partially covered by, the downsloping terrain. This second structure feels "younger" than the first. There are people walking past this second structure but I feel that access into it is limited. -- There is a tall object within the vicinity of these structures. It has the feeling of being a column, but there is something additional to its makeup. The "column" itself appears to stand alone, yet there is an irregularly shaped feature which is associated with the top. It is hard to ascertain because of the very large trees surrounding this object. The top appears to "blend in" with the overhanging tree limbs. There is a feeling of a "man and a horse" associated with this target. -- A rapidly spinning "disc" sometimes occurs on the site. However, the odd thing is that the orientation of the "disc" is vertical and rapidly passes. -- There is a dark red-brown site. It is somehow associated with site. -- The word "WASHINGTON", or associated with this target; not the some other association; maybe the na:.ne namesake concept. 2 color associated with the the "natural" aspect of the "WASHINGTON era" feels district itself per se, but of the target site, or a NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE Approved For Release 2000/08/08 ~Tdiik!RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 Mmmywvmwv~ -- I feel that at some point in time, this target was associated with the concept of military i.e. logistically or part of a larger scheme or plan. - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source C: -- I felt that I was first outside and I could see a large 11X11 (sketch 3j). There were long slender "lines" or "poles" and men were behind or beside these "lines" or "poles" (sketch 3k). objects associated with the site were large and slender but one object came up,and formed a semi-circle (sketch 31). -- There was a structure that was dome-like associated with the site. This structure could be somewhat underground and it reminded me of a tunnel (sketch 3m). -- Overall, dark colors (black and brown) were associated with the site. A lot of motion was associated with the site. Vehicles are associated with the site (sketch 3n). -- At one point, I could see big square objects lined up and they were sitting on a rail. I then could see an object that was formed like a big "star" (sketch 3o). site. Water was near the site. An access road was near the "AAA" were letters I could see associated with the site (sketch 3p). The word "Jackson" phonetically surfaced. Large exotic animals were somehow associated with the site. Overall, I had the feeling that men were working at the site but then I had the feeling that when people come here, they come with a purpose in mind. At first I had the feeling that the site was somewhat isolated but that it can get very busy here. - (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Control Person: -- The target is large and has many pillars that line the upper level going around the large room below. At the top center there is a roundish opening with what looks like stained glass, because there are many colors. The target is a place for thinking or contemplation (sketch 3q). 3 NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGN NATIONALS STAR GATE Approved For Release 2000/08/bi~~PA-RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 Approved For Release,2000/91m&;,W-RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 40 Approved For Release 20 -00789ROO2800160001-4 Sketch 3a LINDIS Approved For Release 200 in;tinR-Ljc-L&-mnpqr,-nn7,;t-Qpnn9800160001-4 OV NOPORN Approved For Release 2000/08/&bxtCbk4;kDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 LIMDIS Sketch 3b Approved For Release 2000/0 RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 Lit- NOFORN Approved For Release 2000/08/&h6,RCbk4iDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 LIMDIS Sketch 3c Approved For Release 2000/9,491 1 ~1,A.RDF?26,04,789RO0,2800160001-4 FORN Appr ease 2000/08/9=eXgPP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 LIMDIS Sketch 3d AW NOFORN Approved For Release 2000/08/&hatCk&4WP96-00789RO02rD -4 "160001 LIXDIS -Sketch 3e Approved For Release 2000 DP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08 RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/91-all~PP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 LIMDIS Sketch 3f ,.dyed For'R lease 20 Approved For Release 20 LIMDIS RDP9 9R002 00160001-4 ton -00789ROO2800160001-4 Sketch 3g Approved For Release 2000/084QL6QA-RDP96-00789RO02 00160001-4 77 XOP*O Approved For Release 2000/08dfAR QWRDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 LINDIS Sketch 3h Approved For Release 2000/0 DP,96-007 CO-) 3z 21 u Lj-:D NOFORN Approved For Release 2000/08MAR (DhtVDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 LIXDIS Sketch 3i )O~"0160001-4 Approved For Release 200Q/08/08 CIA-RDP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 qj NOFORN Approved For Release 2000/08/0&mCdkkiWP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 3j LINDIS Sketch Approved For Release 2000/OR/nR CIA-RDP96-00789ROQ2800AC~OP.01-4.', ~,n"m NOFOR"N Approved For Release 2000/08/68!ACld&~DP96-00789ROO2800160001-4 LIXDIS Sketch 3k Approved For Release 2000/OWQ§,~.ClA- -00789RQQ2800160001-4!
