  1. Attached is my end of tour report. I wrote it in such a
  manner that it can be read by anyone in the project or familiar
  with it. I tried to address all aspects of unit functioning:
  administration, recordkeeping, R & D, training, operations and
  management. I apologize for the unique format: the
  outprocessing procedure has been more time consuming than I
  expected.

  If there are any further questions concerning this
  report or if a rewrite is required, please have me contacted and
  I will be eager to respond. I truly believe the project has
  merit and will be glad to provide any input or assistance
