    1. .(S/NF/WNINTEL) The Commanding General, USAINSCOM arid
    Assistant Chief of Staff, In@elligence, Headquarters, Department
    of the Army have approved the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that
    will attach the INSCOM CENTER LANE Project (ICLP) to DIA in an
    operational conVrol (OPCON) status for a period not to exceed
    one year from date of implementation. The MOA attached as
    Inclosure is provided for your review and approval.
    2. (U) CC, INSCOM signed the MOA on 11 February 1985. Next
    step in the process would be to submit the document to Director,
    DIA for signature. We are enclosing the signed MOA to enable
    You to expeditiously accomplish this action. Please return the
    signed original to this office for retention.
