Deliverables: 4th Quarter FY 1989; A final technical report including the experimental results for FY 1989, and detailing the SOC's review comments. SGFOIA2 cost. The time-lines for all tasks during FY 1989 are the same: Start on 1-Oct-1988 and end on 30-Sep-1989. The costing is computed on an objective-by-objective basis, and the contrac- tor is is SRI International, except where noted differently. Costing is shown for each objective. The total percent of project is also shown as (Opera- tional/Research) percentages. Task 1 Description: Target viewers against special sites supplied by and under con- trol of the sponsor. Deliverables: A report on each site that includes the analysis of the re- sponses, a summary of the best estimate of the target site, and the raw data as an appendix. The report must be completed before another site can be targeted. Task 2 Description: In support of Task 1, using a sponsor-supplied target element list, develop a quantitative analytical technique for remote viewing analysis when the target material is generally un- known. Deliverables: 4th Quarter FY 1989; A detailed description of the proce- dure and a summary of its performance in Task 1. SGFOIA2 cost: C. Determine a physiological indicator of psychoenergetic functioning. Task 1 Description: Determine the degree to which magnetic visual evoked poten- tials can be observed under psychoenergetic conditions. Subcontractor: Los Alamos National Laboratory Deliverables: 4th Quarter FY 1989; A report detailing the techniques and results of the experiment.
