Several issues need clarification before we get too deeply into the ops work for FY 1989. The first
deals with the issue of a standardized numbering system for the targets so our data doesn't get
confused and to make certain each viewer gets the appropriate feedback. This concern arose because
viewer 372 reported on work using a different numbering system than what I had anticipated and I
had no way of knowing whether he made a mistake or worked on different targets than originally
planned.
The second issue relates to feedback and how to present it to the viewers. Again, viewer 372
apparently got some feedback (i.e. good, bad, ugly) before we did. We propose setting up a
consistent mechanism for delivering feedback so as to ensure timely yet controllable feedback.
Could we discuss these issues at our next meeting?
