   1. Followina, notes cover major topics discussed between LTC Richard T.
   1@'ane, DCSOPS, INSCOM and MYSE@lf on 27 Oct 78 at AHS.
        a. LTC Kane gave me a brief outline. on background of Project (GI@ILL
   AAIE) and how I had been selected -to be INSCOM Project Manager.
        b. Ile explained. that Army had a, contract (MT.A has one through F`_'D)
   and that 2ARCOM has con-tract with SRI being worked at Aberdeen. That
   contract was being modified' (75K being given to new "add-on" to existing
   =oject) to train INSCOM personnel.

        C. I was to manage this new program and develop program within
   INSCOM.
   d.1'#at SRI wanted training to begin as follows: April-May-June:
   I individual per,month. Training would. be conducted at SRI and would last
   one month.
        (@. Dr. Targ, SRI, is running experiments now and, if POSSible,
   1JI'C Kane recommended I go visit Acl,@AP.
        We agreed that next step would be for me to contact ACE) I action officer,
