  1. (SINFISK) Monitor Tasking: Per original tasking instructions; no
  amplifying data received.
  2. (S/NF/SK) Source Tasking: Source was provided with only the
  coordinates (supplied) and instructed to spend a good deal of time in
  Stages I and III. (See the comment below regarding a bad call on the
  part of the monitor).
  3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: The Viewer's summary and sketches are
  attached.
  4. (SINFISK) Comments: This target seems unusual and a little
  strange--the Viewer produced some unique ideograms in Stage I. There
  was a good site lock-on during the session, but the target itself may
  possess several, disparate physical/geographic elements. Much care was
  taken during the session to avoid/preclude AOL. However, the monitor
  should have used Stage VI tools rather than trying to take a short cut
  when exploring the "purpose" of the "green energy". Consequently,
  data subsequent to that cue ("purpose") is subject, to AOL. The
  monitor will not reoeat this error.
