     The target vessel identified as the is
     currently located at 21 Degrees North and 80 Degrees West. This
     location is the Cayman Islands.
     The vessel will travel in a westerly direction and sail
     around the Florida Keys and then travel north up the Atlantic
     Ocean. The ultimate destination of the drugs is Augusta, Maine.
     The off-loading should occur within several weeks.
     The names "Flora" and "Charles/Charley" phonetically
     surfaced as reference to call signs.
