 Wax Museum in Manitou Springs, Colorado.

 the target envelope.
    3. (SINFISK) COMMENTS: Viewer acqui'red site. Viewer described
 people and animals inside the structure. Viewer went back in
 time and described a man with a bald head. Viewer reported
 that the structure was here to promote freedom.

          SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
               There is a tall, dark; narrow structure that__@s
          at.tached to a rectan.gHlar strucLure, (like a barn) There
          is a/ circular structjq@@, and a green(@-I@j`ht- thau is moving
          around in a cir-cle. Inside the first _-,tructur@a. it is very
          bright. There are colors of bluq- yellow lano gree@. There
          are people and animals inside this-sLructure. I could see
          one nra-l-e-person ending over something that looked like a
          cage or a fence. There are little animals like chickens,
          and bigger animals also. It. mac-Te -fiFe-t-Hink of animals on a
          [arm or in a zop. There are people inside that are moving
               '---9-nE--T-b6king around. This structure is here to oromote
          'I . something, like Ereedom or independence.
          Going back in time, I saw an older man with a. bald
          head. There was also a different strucLure that was tall
          and pointed at- the. end. I perceived an uneasy feeling and
