              The target consists of a large open area where people gather.
         There is a large, tall object with an angled top which looms over
         the surrounding area. There is an area of water which is very
         still and dark colored. In front of a group of people is a large,
         square structure. There is a smaller group clustered together at
         a mid way point between the level of the crowd and the top of the
         structure.
              There is an almost religious fervor associated with this
         event. However, there is something which runs counter to the main
         purpose of this gathering. It is more of a feeling or presence as
         if the larger group was being watched by someone or something.
         There is also an historical significance to this target.
