        E. SESSION SUMMARY:
        The target is a city located near water.
        There are many man-made structures. There is one particular
        tall, narrow, building that is of interest, it has something long
        and narrow sticking out of the end of it. But there are many tall
        buildings evident. It is a crowded, loud and noisy place, with
        winding roads and much activity. There is 11smokey" smell in the
        air which makes me think of inner city pollution. There are
        people, some are walking, someone else is walking a dog, and the
        movement of many cars. There is something Ithat starts out slow,
        and then speeds up; it reminds me of some kind of energetics.
        There is a large, cylindrical shape that has energetics inside of
        it (colors are red, green, and blue), red seems to be the
        dominating color.
        Visually I seem to have a "global" view of this city, as if
        from above, almost a distorted view, curved in some way. Probable
        location of the city is in the United States, possibly midwest
        (AOL: Chicago or Minneapolis).

           SUBJECT: LDPS Project 92-3-L
           l. All five sources agree on the presence of an evident land
           and water interface that is associated with the target. Indeed
           the emphasis was placed on the concept of "water" There were
           two principal concepts associated with the target. The first
           appeared to deal with a structure whose shape appeared to be
           cylindrical or oval. There appeared to be a historical and a
           religious significance attached to the target structure. In a
           second instance, the target was described as a airport. And
           one viewer described the structure as a dam.
