 E. SESSION SUMMARY:
 General target area is a land/water interf ace which has a man-
 made portion (believed to be paving). The area is wide and open,
 but cluttered with oddly spaced large "things". These "things"
 move slowly on the ground, and appear to "que-up" or line up one
 behind the other while moving along.
 There were immediate first impressions of a marina, and
 following strong impressions of an airport.

           SUBJECT: LDPS Project 92-3-L
           1. All five sources agree on the presence of an evident land
           and water interface that is associated with the target. Indeed
           the emphasis was placed on the concept of "water" There were
           two principal concepts associated with the'target. The first
           appeared to deal with a structure whose shape appeared to be
           cylindrical or oval. There appeared to be a historical and a
           religious significance attached to the target structure. In a
           second instance, the target was described as a airport. And
           one viewer described the structure as a dam.
