     operations and Inefltigations, United States Army Foreign
     "Tterintelligence Activity, (USAFAC) USAINSCOM. Also in
     attendance were hief of Operations, and
     Chief of Investiaations. USAFAC.
     current update on the oXgtional activity of the STAR GATE
     Program. As a result, requested our assistance in
     support of their opera ons an nvestigative mission, and
     taskings were accepted. Due to the nature of USAFAC's
     requirements, the legal ramifications for this joint effort
     were discussed. Our support will be governed by procedures
     2 and 5-10, DIAM 5240.1R and Army Regulation 380-10. The
     undersigned coordinated this joint effort with DIA's GC who
     interposed no objections.
