          DATA SUMMARIES
               (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Following are the perceived highlights
          from each source.
          (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) source A:
               The personality target is a middle aged man who is Middle
          Eastern or Soviet and wears glasses at times. He is intelligent
          with a keen mind. He possesses certain knowledge and really
          enjoys good food or cuisine. There are pictures and photographs
          associated with this individual. He is concerned about
          international issues and foreign diplomacy. The individual may
          have been associated with aircraft and weaponry technology at one
          time. During the week of 6-13 April he will be going places,
          eating, visiting, and meeting with people. This man and his
          activities concern money, science, or technology with political
          overtones. This is a CI matter. He may also watch a field game
          or a soccer game for enjoyment.
          (S/NF/SG/LIMDIS) Source B:
               The target individual's intent is to alter the results of
          some sort of testing or experiment relating to the concept of
          high energy, physics and "black" things. The target has been
          looking at and studying a smaller version or model of the
          structure or object of interest.
               -- The concept of an object consisting of black, angular
          metal was perceived several times during this operation. The
          target individual is within a hollow structure which sits on a
          rocky plateau, butte or mesa. It feels both long and tall at the
          same time. He appears to look outward from the structure from
          time to time. There are objects reminiscent of microwave dishes
          or radio telescopes within the vicinity.
               -- The target is preoccupied with ring binder type notebooks
          which contain clear, plastic pages. He is moving between a table
          on which these notebooks are sitting and a large piece of
          equipment.

               -- There is a stream of smoke or steam which is reminiscent
          of the contrail of a jet, missile or rocket plume. This is
          associated with a large, fast moving object. A man is watching
          the sky; as if he is watching the clouds. Others are involved
          with an activity relating to mechanical work.
               -- There are stairs.associated with a rolling cylinder. The
          exterior of a circular object appears pitted and disintegrating
          reminiscent of crumbling sandstone. There is an area of darkness
          with cracks of light visible in several places.
               -- An individual is concerned about "freeze drying"(?) and
          the contents of a round, hollow structure as well (attachments
          A-D relate to comments above).
               -- A man is sick and the woman caring for him is required to
          make excuses for him.
          - (S/NF/SG/LINDIS) Source C:
               -- The target is a male individual as stated in the
          tasking dated 5 April 1994. This individual is middle-aged,
          educated and somewhat formal. The individual could be Middle
          Eastern, Soviet or both. The individual was perceived as
          attending meetings at a high political level. Women were at the
          meetings with the individual. There could be an important
          function coming up where the individual will be. The individual
          has dark hair and dresses nicely. Politics play an important
          role to this individual and the activity he is involved in.
               -- At one point, I could see an object that looked like
          a small rocket or missile that took off from the ground. This
          may or may not happen but could be of importance in the
          discussions the individual is meeting about.
