     1. (U) This is to serve notice that I was
     the only individual knowledgeable of the
     photographs in the sealed envelope that
     formed the basis for Project 91001. The
     envelope was returned sealed to me, and
     I opened it.
         2. (S/NF) These photographs were of the
     SG1 B
                SG1J who typed the tasking on
     this project, did not know what was in the
     sealed envelo ed the photographs
                SG1J directly from T-5C, who had
     no knowledge of why I had asked for them
     or of their disposition.
