The access way from the sidewalk led to a series o steps that led to an entry way with an overhead green an white canopy. Three glass doors provided access to the building. See ENCLOSURE 1. ---- Taken as a whole, the building appeared as a three- tiered tall building of concrete construction. Poles resembling antennas equipped with lights were at the higher levels of the building. A domed roof appeared to be a special feature of the building. see the representative sketch at ENCLOSURE 2. ---- The target building appeared situated in a city atmosphere among congested streets and the presence of other tall buildings in the immediate vicinity. The perspective from yet a higher overhead view is at ENCLOSURE 4. ---- The ground floor to the building appeared involved in an activity dealing with money such as banking. The remaining floors of the building seemed dedicated to the conduct of commercial undertakings involving broadcasting and transportation. Th name "Irvin" surfaced phonetically as being directly asociated with the building. Some targets may have multiple similar shapes/features. Targets may be commercial, governmental, militarv,,Lor other, either historic or contemporary. ---- Some targets will have a beacon person; others will not. ---- There will be 10 targets in this series. They will be randomly selected from the target pool. 4.
