   E. SESSION SUMMARY
   A strong known terrorist group is responsible for placing the bomb
   at the World Trade center. The individuals within this group are
   of foreign descent possibly from a third world country. The group
   is headed by a male who is dark in appearance. This small group
   consists of men who are well practiced in destructive measures and
   who have a complete disregard for life. The bomb which exploded in
   New york City on 26 February 1993 was a political statement to
   instill fear in the U.S.
