    The target contains a large, circular wooden structure
    (diagram page iii). A portion of the site is associated with the
    concept of "sucking-" or "drawing-in" a material or substance,
    which is then contained, collected or held-in-place for a period of
    time. There is sand and large vehicles present.
    There are a lot of small objects and/or features which are
    "sticking" out, or projecting from, the larger feature(s). These
    objects and/or features are angles and oddly shaped.
    The predominant aspect of this site is the intensity of the
    wind. The aforementioned concept of containment is associated with
    something natural or organic; not manufactured or synthesized.
