   MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
   SUBJECT: Access to GRILL FLAME
   On 21 June 1982, during a discussion at his office COL Hambric, USA
   Operational Group Commander requested that MAJ George Laing, new Commander
   Systems Exploitation Detachment (SED) be given a briefing and access to
   GRILL FLAME information. COL Hambric stated he had coordinated with
   COL Miller, ADCSOPS-HUMINT who had concurred.
