           2. Develop increased analytical support:
           a. Request ADP/Word Processing equipment: I March 1982.
           b. Improve targeting techniques: I June 1982.
                c. Revise reporting: I August 1982.
           3. Develop continuity plans:
           a. Update military and civilian job descriptions: I September 1982.
           b. Formalize recruitment plan: I October 1982.
           c. Establish operations officer position: I March 1982.
           4. Implement an ongoing training program:
                Evaluate existing initial and ongoing training; identify additional
           training sources: I May 1982.
