  SUBJECT: DRAGOON ABSORB Action Plan (U)
  (C) Under DRAGOON ABSORB, DIA will take responsibility from Army for
  CENTER LANE activities and personnel. Several DIA elements are involved.
  The attachmentlays out responsibilities identified during an action
  officers' meeting on 19 December. They include an action plan. In
  addition to the milestones specified in the attachment, the plan should
  include alconcept of operations.
  (U) Thp Program Manager would like to have the plan by 11 February.
