  1. On 10 April 19809 1 briefed the AF ACSI and selected members of his staff
  concerning the INSCOM Grill Flame Project. Following personnel attended the

  3. Inclosure 1 contains the outline of my briefing.
  4. Overall, I would say that the briefing was received in
  MG Brown was very concerned with the operational tasks we
