   SUBJECT: INSCOM GRILL FLAME Briefing for DDO, CIA9 5 Feb 1960 (U)
   1. At 1300 hrs, 5 Feb 80, 1 presented the INSCOM GRILL FLAME briefing
   to selected CIA personnel. following individuals attended the briefing-
   SG1 I
   MAJ WILLIAM STONER OACSI
   LTC WATT ADCSOPS-HUMINTt INSCOM
   2. MG Thompson, ACSI, had to cancel attending the meeting due to
   unforeseen commitment.

   3. InClOSUre I provides outline of primary briefing points.
   4. The briefing appeared to be well received and
   following two observations of special interest:
   made the
   SG11
        - "Glad to see that you have chosen to go operational on this
   subject matter rather -than keep it in the lab like others
   have done."
        - "CIA would like to cooperate with INSCOM in this Field and
   there are areas that perhaps we can work out some joint
   ventures."
