  The target is a squared off black and white structure with portions
  which look like thick flat white tiers. This building is smooth
  and has to do with money and marketing. A purpose f or the building
  may be to investigate slanderous accounts and to provide
  information along these lines. Scandalous activities of personnel
  can be revealed through investigations regarding this structure.
